Kenny Glenn Thomas Sr., 67 of Marmaduke passed from this life on Monday July 28, 2014 at St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was born on March 14, 1946 in Hayti, Missouri to the late Robert and Lenoris Garner Thomas. Mr. Thomas was united in marriage to Donna Burrow Thomas in Pollard, Arkansas. He was a carpenter and was of the Baptist faith. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Robert, George, Johnny, Jerry, Bobby Thomas, step-brother: Jim Underwood; and two grandchildren. He is survived by his wife: Donna Thomas of the home; one son: Kenny Thomas Jr. of Garfield, Georgia; two step-sons: Loyd Burrow of Huston, Texas, James Sturgeon of Leesburg, Florida; daughters: Theresa Collins of Andersonville, Tennessee, Barbara McKinney of Garfield, Georgia, Brenda Richardson of Clinton, Tennessee, Bonita Bedgood of Hartford, Mississippi; one brother: Richard Thomas of Monthlier, Ohio; sisters: Sheila Thomas of Savannah, Tennessee, Linda Adrian of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Janie wheeler of Alton, Illinois, Judy Thomas; twelve grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday August 1, 2014 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in Marmaduke with services following at 1:00 p.m. Bro. Kim Bridges will officiate and burial will be held at Harvey’s Chapel Cemetery.
