Wanda Louise Morrisett Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Wanda Louise Morrisett, 69 of Paragould passed from this world on October 16, 2021 at the Arkansas Methodist Hospital. Wanda loved being with friends and family. She was always happy to get to spend special time with Mary, her sister and best friend in Rockford. Wanda was born to the late Roy and Johnnie (Reynolds) Midkiff in Rector, Arkansas. She was married on November 1969 to the late Barney Carroll Morrisett. Also preceding her in death was a sister: Sue Whitworth and her brothers: Billy Ray Midkiff, James Midkiff, Earl Midkiff and Harold Midkiff. She is survived by her sons: Ricky (Bonnie) Morrisett of Paragould and Kenny Morrisett, a granddaughter: Adilyn Johnson, her sister: Mary Morrisett of Rockford, Illinois, brothers: Lindel Midkiff of Kennett, Roy (Janet) Midkiff of Mountain Home, Arkansas, 2 nieces: Pam Hardin and April Halley who loved and cared for her at their home and a host of other nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Visitation will be Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Irby-Mitchell Funeral Home in Rector. The funeral service will be Monday, October 18, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Irby-Mitchell Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Woodland Heights Cemetery with Marston Carpenter as the pastor.
